Our Story
At DEMM Industrial, our story began with a passion for helping businesses succeed and not have to rely on the manufacturers for every little question and have to wait for their response and timeline. Our founder saw a need for personalized, results-driven consulting services within the Protective Coatings, Industrial Insulation, and Fireproofing World, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence. The Soft-Crafts Industry is losing qualified individuals at an alarming pace. Mr. Pardo's expertise has given him the responsibility to help change that course and help companies stay out of trouble in that regard where they do not have someone to turn to for this specialized skill set.
Background
Mr. Pardo holds a Bachelors in Material Science and Engineering, a master's degree in construction engineering, and a master's degree in business administration.
Mr. Pardo holds numerous certifications in the Protective Coatings, Insulation, and Fireproofing world.
Mr. Pardo has been in the Engineering, procurement, and Construction side of the Heavy Industrial business for going on 15 years and has written specifications for some of the top EPC, Owner/Operator, and Manufactures around the world.
Mr. Pardo serves on various Non-Profit Organizations, like Southwest Insulation Contractors Association and Houston Coating Society, as well as sits on various Standards and specification organizations like Process Industry Practice, AMPP, AWS, ASTM, API, and NIA.
